Daniel Munoz

Daniel Muñoz joined Bolton St. Johns in 2018. In his role, Daniel provides support to Bolton-St. Johns’ New York City office by monitoring rules and regulations being considered by the NYC Mayor’s Office, City Council and NYC agencies. Daniel represents non profit clients in front of NYC government, and manages research tasks for clients in the areas of technology, health, housing, education, and social services.
Prior to joining Bolton St Johns, Daniel worked as a judicial clerk providing direct assistance and counsel to Judge Steven Tekulsky and Judge Lisa Rana of East Hampton Town Justice Court. As a judicial clerk, Daniel assisted in making legal determinations, drafted opinions, and researched the legal precedent on a variety of issues before the Court. His prior experience includes work at Itau Corpbanca NY, as a compliance analyst ensuring the financial institution adheres to rules and regulations established by government regulatory agencies such as the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency.
Daniel earned a B.A and M.A. in Criminal Justice from John Jay College of Criminal Justice, with an Advanced Certificate in Terrorism Studies. He is currently a doctoral candidate at CUNY School of Law.
