Paul Hypolite

Paul advocates on behalf of a wide range of clients, including technology companies, non-profit service providers, cultural and higher education institutions, and civil rights organizations. Throughout his career he has worked to increase political representation for often marginalized groups; including women, people of color, and low income communities. Paul received his master’s degree in Political Science from Ohio University with a focus on Political Representation in American Politics.

Prior to joining Bolton-St. Johns in January 2020, Paul worked for NYSUT (the state teachers union) as a political organizer throughout the Greater Rochester Area and Finger Lakes Region. He has served in local and state governments for Mayor Byron Brown and NY State Senator Tim Kennedy in Buffalo; he has worked on political campaigns for US Senator Kay Hagan from North Carolina and US Senator Sherrod Brown from Ohio; and has worked on a variety of issue-based and electoral campaigns in Georgia, Ohio, North Carolina and New York.
