
Caitlin Neuhaus Kilgore is a Director at Bolton-St. Johns, where she develops and implements government relations strategies for nonprofit organizations, corporate clients, and national associations across New York State. Since joining the firm in early 2022, Caitlin has successfully guided clients through multiple budget cycles and legislative sessions, with a proven track record of delivering on client objectives, building strong coalitions, elevating client priorities to the highest levels of government, and advising on strategic messaging. Her portfolio includes a broad range of clients, including organizations working on affordable housing, workforce development, emerging technology, reproductive justice, and community based issues.
Before entering government relations, Caitlin gained experience in journalism, nonprofit development, and community organizing. Caitlin graduated summa cum laude from Skidmore College with a B.A. in Political Science, earning induction into Phi Beta Kappa and Pi Sigma Alpha.
Caitlin currently serves on the Young Leadership Council of The New Majority NYC, supporting efforts to expand and strengthen political power for women across the city. She lives in Brooklyn, New York, where she was born and raised.
