In March of 2022, Nia Williams joined Bolton-St Johns as an associate. Nia is a committed, organized, and highly skilled human resources specialist. Prior to joining Bolton St. Johns, she worked at NYC Health and Hospitals Corporation as an administrative intern. In addition, she served as a youth advisor at the Central Brooklyn Economic Development Corporation, where she spoke to underprivileged children and assisted them in initiating ideas on how to improve their communities through the promotion of fundraisers and general events that promoted the cessation of violence in their communities. Nia, who has previously served as a Camp Counselor and Mentor at Aviator Sports, coordinated young activities and is actively involved in community service and youth development as a whole.
Nia obtained a bachelor's degree in sociology from SUNY University at Oswego in 2021. While getting her bachelor's degree, she led and initiated the formation of numerous organizations that directly focused on the empowerment of black college students and other minority groups.
